Cancellation Policy
When a family requests a specific day and time for a class, that slot is held exclusively for their learner. To confirm and maintain the reservation: 🔹 Payment must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the time slot may be released and offered to another family for that specific day and time. This helps ensure fairness and allows me to accommodate families waiting for availability. If you anticipate a delay or need flexibility, please reach out ahead of time so arrangements can be made.
